As we are quickly approaching the holiday season we thought it appropriate to treat you with something quite unique. How about an “Alternativ Jul” (In english: An alternative Christmas). Fredrik Nilsson aka A.O.T has produced a couple of Christmas tracks that may come in handy when you are getting fed up with Dean Martin, Elvis, and the rest of the standard Christmas crew that occupies your hifi-set all through the holiday season.

Alternativ Jul’ is a cassette release on Rundgång Records. A.O.T  provides you with sweet distorted soundscapes with a funk flavor. There is also more dub-orientated stuff like the 15 minute piece called Annandag djungel. As always with A.O.T. this is done with finess and at points it can easily put you into a trans like mode.
