Depeche community in discussion – fake or real

Among true Depeche Mode fans there is an active discussion whether a recently discovered (and uploaded on SoundCloud) tape is a real demo tape or just a fake. It is supposed to be the first demo tape ever released by DM featuring the absolute first versions of songs like Photographic and Ice Machine.
