Developer Mitchell Cichocki has released Slynthy, a basic X/Y pad synth for the iPad.

It has three settings:

• Classic theremin like sound
• Ring Modulator
• Broken

No advanced features or MIDI – but Slynthy is priced at $.99 in the App Store.
