Desireless & Operation Of The Sun is back with a brand new video for the track “L’Adieu”
The “Guillaume” album was released on October 27, 2015 on www.desireless.net and the duo will hit the road with the album from 2016 on.
French singer Desireless (still worldwide know for the million selling hit single “Voyage, voyage”) joined up with Operation Of The Sun (aka Antoine Aureche) since early 2012. Since then the duo has released 3 extremely well received studio albums: “L’Oeuf Du Dragon” (2013), “Noun” (2014) and “Guillaume”.

Steinberg has released Cubase Pro 8.5 and Cubase Artist 8.5, the latest update to its Digital Audio Workstation for Mac OS X & Windows.
Key new features include Retrologue 2, VST Transit and more.
Retrologue 2 takes Steinberg’s virtual analog synthesizer to a new level, adding many enhancements implemented in a way that are easy and intuitive to use.
VST Transit is Steinberg’s new cloud collaboration service. Upload audio and MIDI tracks to cloud storage, continue working from another location and synchronize the changes back to the cloud. Or collaborate on shared projects with friends and band members. VST Transit comes with up to 500 MB free storage space and 1 GB free traffic per month.

KOMA Elektronik Komplex Sequencer – MIDI Jam
In this video, we hook up the Roland TR8, Access Virus C and Korg Volca Bass for a downtempo electronic trip.
Sequencer A controls the Virus C, while Sequencer D controls the Volca Bass. The Komplex is slaved to the TR8’s MIDI clock. The skip step mode is used on the Volca Bass to vary the bassline. Meanwhile, ratcheting repeats are added to the Virus C’s pattern to create unique rhythms. The gate length and output range also change.

Rifflab for NI Reaktor – new powerful step sequencer
Red Earth Audio has released Rifflab for NI Reaktor. Rifflab is a probability-based step sequencer capable of generating and playing up to 3 scale locked sequences simultaneously. Each sequence is generated in accordance with the probability parameters set by the user. The Probability sliders allow control of Pitch, Velocity, Note Length, Step Length, Progression, and up to 7 Modulation lines for each generated sequence. It is designed for producing basslines, leads, melodies, chords and arpeggios.
Each click of the Generate button will create an entire new sequence based on the probability parameters a user has set. Rifflab does not output any audio itself, but sends generated MIDI data to the chosen MIDI channel (s) to drive anything that allows MIDI input.
