Designed in conjunction with acclaimed musician Adrian Belew, ‘FLUX:FX play’ is a professional multi-effect processor app for the iPhone and iPod that lets you ‘play’ your effects. Built on the same award-winning audio platform as the master iPad app, ‘FLUX:FX play’ is perfect for creative musicians and sound designers to manipulate an audio signal into something entirely new, both in the studio or on stage. Guitar, vocals, bass, synth, drums, DJ setup, violin… basically ANY instrument or sound source can be processed in real-time by ‘FLUX:FX play’, and there are over 280 performance presets to choose from.
Important note, PLEASE READ: the main difference between ‘FLUX:FX’ and ‘FLUX:FX play’ is that the iPhone version does not contain the full deep editing features for the effects and sequencer. It CAN however share the exact same performance presets, and so you can in fact create custom presets on your iPad version and import them into ‘FLUX:FX play’ via Dropbox. This app is compatible with iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus and iPod Touch 6.

New Order remix of “Tutti Frutti” the latest single to be taken from “Music Complete
New Order has announced full details for “Tutti Frutti” the latest single to be taken from “Music Complete” out digitally on Mute on December 11, 2015. A 12” will follow on December 18. “Tutti Frutti” features Elly Jackson aka La Roux on guest vocals and will include a host of remixes, alongside an extended 12” mix.
The brand new New Order album “Music Complete” was released on September 25th on Mute. The album is New Order’s first full studio release since 2005’s “Waiting For The Siren’s Call”, and their debut for the cult label Mute. “Music Complete” also marks the return to the studio for Gillian Gilbert to record her first album with New Order since 2001’s “Get Ready”.
‘Tutti Frutti’ is taken from New Order’s Music Complete, out now on Mute.

Richard Devine: Grey Matter – Reaktor 6 – Experiment
GreyMatter – Big Kick Drum and created using the “Machine Gun.ensemble” playing slow at 60 BPM, then layered with the “Newscool.ens” for the clap in verb type sounds. Tiny snare and hi-hat made with the “SineBeats2.ens. The high spiral/phasey noisy effects where all from two instances of the “TG-8H” ensemble. The knocking wooden sounds in space are from Rick Scott’s “sampleThrasher_v1.ens”.

UZZ is a Max For Live device inspired in the step sequencer created by Len Sasso for Logic Audio environment.

Since creating the factory patches in 2015 for the new HIVE synth from U-he, Joseph Hollo had some time to look deep inside the synth’s engine and explore new possibilities, new ideas.
