This short demonstration shows my little invention: CV-source dedicated for Dub-Step drops. Unlike regular fader, this one has its maximal value on the middle position. Schematics available. It’s very simple and it’s free for non-commercial use.
You can get schematic here: http://ic.pics.livejournal.com/rpocc/…
R2 and R3 can be replaced with 4.7k to increase the sweep width.

“SPACE DRONE” ARP 2600 & MAKE NOISE RENE PATCH

We certainly agree with Kip Kubin on this one:

I’ll admit some some envy of those at NAMM making amazing drones and sequences on the Buchla Music Easel. so I decided to do my best with the Arp2600 and my Make Noise Rene. I’ll also admit the the Rene is so good at what it does I barely touched it and out came some of the best music I’ve heard from my Arp.

Recorded in the superterranian lair of the Robotmakers.

Kline Coma Xero is a minimal wave/synth project produced by Tony Williams from California. The distinctive sound of Kline Coma Xero is produced solely from analogue instruments, producing a cold yet beautifully crafted melodies and rhythms. Such inspiration could only be found in the early European minimal wave/synth groups from the 1980’s. The project gained inception in June of 2012 and offer…s an alternative to the arbitrary use of the laptop as an instrument which has become indicative of modern electronic music. The minimal melodies are layered with melancholy vocals with lyrical content and philosophical outlook inspired from the authors like JG Ballard and Thomas Pynchon.

Tony Williams is also a member of the IDM project DRIL which has released material on the wonderful Austrian net label Laridae and on the now defunkt net label Hippocamp from the UK.

Either way it is a Serge/Bugbrand analogue sexual orgy.
