The Chaos All Stars is a band or rather gathering of musicians and artists combining their skills in order to create modern, danceable and atmospheric music, based on electronic soundscapes.
Chaos All Stars – CAS – is a result of the idea of creating a new concept of a band. Founders, being OlkK and Nik are the current core of CAS but the band is somewhat like a collective, where various other artists and performers are included at times – hence the name Chaos All Stars.

FGFC820 are back with new material
Three years after their last release the album “Law & Ordnance”, FGFC820 are now returning with new EP “Defense Condition 2.”
The New York-based duo formed in 2004 and debuted on its own with the EP “The Hanging Garden” the following year. Now they are on the Black Rain label NoiTekk, where, besides the above-mentioned “Law & Ordnance” they also debuted with “Urban Audio Warfare” in 2006. The next EP contains nine songs and title tracks “Insurrection” and “Revolt Resist” is supplemented with remixes signed Funker Vogt, Accessory, Comoros Command and Arian 1
“Defense Condition 2” is released November 18 via NoiTekk.

Orbital :: In The Studio
Orbital are on their way with new material and during that process Orbital has released a series of clips from their recording process. The above clip is the 12th – Mixing Stage of the album and Flood is announced as the producer.
Flood has been confirmed as producer for the new Orbital album. The news was announced by the British brothers Phil and Paul Hartnoll. The band’s last album, “Blue Album”, already dates from 2004, with the single “Don’t Stop Me” / “The Gun is Good” released in 2010. Flood is the professional pseudonym of producer and audio engineer Mark Ellis. Flood’s long and varied list of work includes projects with recording acts like U2, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Sigur Rós, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Killers, and many others. His co-production/engineering collaborations have included projects with Brian Eno, John Fryer, Daniel Lanois, Steve Lillywhite, and longtime collaborator Alan Moulder, with whom he co-founded the Assault & Battery studio complex.

Synth-maestro Morton Subotnick on tour in Europe
Electronic music pioneer Morton Subotnick performs at Berlin’s 11th Transmediale, a festival of Experimental sound and visuals.
Subotnick combines the famed Buchla synthesizer, which he helped develop in the 60s, with Ableton Live, to reach what he says is, “a performance that is made of gestures, and that is completely immediate.”
The American Morton Subotnick is one of the great pioneers of synthesizer music. His most famous piece Silver Apples From The Moon is a classic of the new electronic music. In Bremen, accompanied Tony Martin, who experimented since the 60s with abstract images projected light from the concert with his projections. In the opening act of the Belgian Jurgen de Blonde with his project Koehn is heard.

The Prodigy are an English electronic dance music group formed by Liam Howlett in 1990 in Braintree, Essex. Along with Fatboy Slim, The Chemical Brothers, and other acts, The Prodigy have been credited as pioneers of the big beat genre, which achieved mainstream popularity in the 1990s and 2000s. They have sold over 25 million records worldwide.
The group’s brand of music makes use of various styles ranging from rave, hardcore techno, industrial, and breakbeat in the early 1990s to big beat and electronic rock with punk vocal elements in later times. The current members include Liam Howlett (keyboardist and composer), Keith Flint (dancer and vocalist), and Maxim (MC and vocalist). Leeroy Thornhill (dancer and very occasional live keyboardist) was a member of the band from 1990 to 2000, as was a female dancer and vocalist called Sharky who left the group during their early period. The Prodigy first emerged on the underground rave scene in the early 1990s, and have since then achieved immense popularity and worldwide renown.
