The Blofeld experience
This is the essence of Mr. Schaaf’s experience with Blofeld. Mr. Schaaf is Musician, Sounddesigner and Composer for almost 30 years. Besides creating soundscapes, he develops electronic music instruments for his own company, Radikal Technologies.
This set contains a very broad spectrum of sounds, as it combines the sampling capability in Blofeld with typical subtractive synthesis.
Requires License SL or Blofeld Keyboard!

The Moog car !!
The Moog suggests how the future electric Volkswagen might sound like in the near future. Not only through the sounds it produces, but also what its shapes and textures suggest. As electric vehicles take over as the standard vehicle for the masses there is an opportunity to create sounds different from those we’ve heard from vehicles in the past. It’s a chance to stimulate our cityscapes with something more expressive.
The unique layer of noise underlying electronic music is represented by a random placement of fractals that run underneath the vehicle. Like bass in a song, some elements are poking out into the exterior. These fractals would also capture the noise and vibration from the road and convert them into energy that can assist with the onboard electronics. The unique sound this electric vehicle makes sound leak out through the wheels.
The concept is a mixture between the recognizable and the alien.

Info on the new Human League album

Good news from The Human League’s camp. The band’s first album in over nine years is almost ready. It is now being mastered at The Exchange in London by Mike Marsh (Depeche Mode, The Chemical Brothers, The Human League’s 2001 album “Secrets”, …). Electricity-club.co.uk also announced the working titles of the album’s songs. Here are the titles known so far: “Never Let Me Go”, “Night People”, “Sky”, “Got To Do”, “Egomaniac”, “Single Minded”, “Electric Shock”, “Get Together”, “Privilige”, “Breaking The Chains” and “Stars Start To Shine”. Still according to the website, “Night People” will be most possibly the first single.
So far the band’s label Wall Of Sound Records did not communicate any release date. The band’s website is under construction so you won’t find any information there.
