For Moog fans only – The YouTube Minimoog

February 4, 2011 · Posted in Uncategorized · Comments Off on For Moog fans only – The YouTube Minimoog

This is the first video of a series of videos which demonstrate the sound, functionality, and operation of the Moog Minimoog. This series of videos is interactive. You choose a knob, and your choices will alter the sound you hear. By navigating through the various choices, you’ll be able to get a general idea of the function of some of the knobs on the Minimoog.
Each setting made by your choice is shown, so you can see the specific settings that lead to specific sounds.
If you keep watching beyond the interactive portion of each video, you’ll find a section which describes the specific function of the section you’ve chosen.
If you move in a direction you don’t want to go, wait for the interactive screen to come up, and just click on the keys of the keyboard, and you’ll move back a step.

Thanks for watching and have fun experimenting! Even with the relatively few choices you currently have, there are a lot of combinations you can come up with!
