New material from Rotersand

Germany’s Rotersand announces a new nine track EP which will clock in at nearly one hour. The title track “Waiting to Be Born” is taken from the album “Randon Is Resistance” and appears in a reworked and a full version alongside remixes and exclusive tracks, among them a cover of Peter Murphy’s “A Strange Kind of Love”. The release date is September 28.

Project Pitchfork presents the “Beholder” video, taken from their upcoming release “Continuum Ride”. The album will be released on July 27th and comes straight after the 6 track “Remixed” EP. To be released on Trisol the album will be available in a standard and limited edition issue. The standard 12-track version comes as a 6-panel digipak with a 28 pages booklet. The limited version on the other hand holds a hardcover paperback book next to a double CD and DVD.

New stuff from Rammstein

Rammstein has released the third single off their “Liebe ist für Alle da” album: “Haifisch”. The digipak single includes the original song and three mixes by Hurts, Olsen Involtini and Schwefelgelb. A fourth remix from Paul Kalkbrenner is available on iTunes.

Kinetik Festival takes place May 12-16 in Montreal
Montreal, Canada’s Kinetik Festival is scheduled to begin in less than two weeks. Starting May 12 and held at the refurbished factory turned performance venue Usine C, the festival features five days of electro/industrial, power noise and more, with performances by such artists as Fixmer/McCarthy, Chemlab, Leaether Strip, Combichrist, Komor Kommando, Terrorfakt, Hocico, Rotersand, Covenant and more.

Exclusive vinyl feat Nitzer ebb

Black Rain will release an exclusive 12″ picture vinyl edition of the new Nitzer Ebb album “Industrial Complex”. This vinyl, strictly limited to 500 numbered copies, will be released on 28th May. As a special bonus, this LP will contain an exclusive Feindflug-remix of the Nitzer Ebb-song “Once You Say” making the track the most remixed Nitzer Ebb song of all time. This release will continue the very successful vinyl-series, which already had some famous releases like Welle Erdball, Feindflug, Die Perlen or the “EBM-Collection Vol.1”
Das Ich goes manga

A new Das Ich album called “Koma” will see the light of day on Danse Macabre Records in mid May. Those who visited Leipzig’s book fair got a first glimpse of the Das Ich manga book, which will be published with the new CD in a special box.
