Citron Instruments has announced the release of Aqua, a collection of pads, textures and motions for Native Instruments Kontakt.
Aqua has wide and liquid sounds, clear and ergonomic user interface, high quality and new principles of the instrument control. All of this is Aqua, the 1st element of the library.

Samplerbanks has released Pure Minimal, a sample set that they say features hundreds of twisted drum loops, bass and synth sounds, dozen of sampler kits offering you a fresh start for your minimal techno productions.
Pure Minimal is produced by Nawarro, a professional producer creating remixes and EPs for Anjunabeats, Deep Blue, Blaubeat (Baroque) and Dowalve Records, and Samplerbanks tells us that this sample pack was particularly inspired by the tribal and percussive movement as well as artists like Deadmau5, Sander van Doorn and Wippenberg.
Samplerbanks say that Pure Minimal is a collection of glitched, processed and tweaked minimal music loops produced specifically for the dance music producer. The pack contains 308 Drum, 65 Bass and 36 Synth Loops recorded at 126, 127 and 128 bpm. Oblique is a Max for Live synthesizer which is completely mapped to Konkreet Performer. As a regular synthesizer, it receives MIDI notes from any MIDI device. Unlike regular synthesizers, the timbre of the sound is controlled by OSC messages coming from the abstract interface of Performer.
The main idea behind the synthesizer was to avoid the use of sliders and knobs, and remove technical descriptions of the synthesis process. Being completely controlled by the main geometrical object of Performer, Oblique allows you to shape your sound without thinking about what is inside the box.
Oblique has been designed, from the beginning, to fit both the interface and the visuals of Performer. Hence, it is not a general purpose synthesizer, but more an audiovisual entity that you can shape and which will react in a certain way. Of course you can use it just for its sound, but Oblique reveals its
true nature when working hand in hand with the visuals. As an additional feature, Oblique can be controlled uniquely from Performer, without MIDI input. It means that you can play it entirely by manipulating the geometrical object, while the graphics in the background give you visual feedback.

Now this collection contains 540 patches, organized in categories (Arps, Bass, Keyboards, Leads, Pads, Sequences) and integrated with Z3TA+ 2 browser. The orginal patches are present too, converted to Z3TA+ 2 format.
