Synthesizer Demo of the polyphonic analog synthesizer Korg Poly-800 MK II.
The Korg Poly-800 II (not to be confused with the original Poly-800) is an interesting polyphonic analog synthesizer with built in digital delay. The basic sound of the Poly-800 MK 2 is different to the original Poly-800 MK 1. The filter sounds different and it has faster envelopes. It is a small, powerful synth.
In this movie no external effects or eq were used.

Electronically Yours – Live performance at ElectriXmas, Sweden 2012
Right before Christmas a new and extremely rare electronic music album has hit the shelves.
It is a secret group on Facebook called Electronically Yours that has released an album featuring classic 70′s songs and remixed to fit an electronic audience of the 21st century. And it is not an anonymous bunch of musicians on this album – among the secret members you will find Joakim Montelius (Covenant) under his alter ego Tectonic Knights, Eddie Bengtsson with PAGE, Diskodiktator, compute and Steelberry Clones, to name but a few.
Now you can watch them live – this is Electronically Yours as they made their first performance at ElectriXmas in Malmoe, Sweden on December 15th 2012.

Octaviatron MK1 demo

This is an 8 step sequencer I made which can also function as a VCO with programmable analogue waveform.
Video quality is a bit low but I think the sound is okay, the original file was too large to upload (four hours, I’m not even going to be awake in four hours!) so I had to compress it drastically.

5 years after his latest all new solo album “Kontinuum”, Klaus Schulze is back with the new studio album “Shadowlands”. Note that the album also includes liner notes, written by Christopher von Deylen from the german band Schiller.
The album holds 3 tracks (“Shadowlights”, “In between”, “Licht und Schatten”) but fans can get hold of the limited 2CD version featuring an exclusive, 75 minutes bonus album spread over 2 tracks (“The Rhodesviolin” and “Tibetanian Loops”).

Background description:
Inspired by visits to Santa Monica, and always seeing the ‘turn right’ sign for a place called Slawson Avenue- I did this track whilst experimenting with the Micromac-D pre factory model. I’m also using a Korg Prophecy as a controller keyboard and a ‘scrapper’ SH101 as an analogue sequencer. There’s a Roland CR8000 on drums. My latest project Nexus 1 fits in here too! The Micromac series and the Nexus 1 basically complete my synth dream wishes!…I hope you enjoy…..Ken

Spectralis tutorial and demonstrations
Michael Dennis Raleigh has provided two tutorials featuring the Spectralis synth
Elektron products get a lot of buzz for having this unique ‘parameter lock’ mechanism, whereby certain parameters can be locked into place at any given step. I thought I would go through and show that this can be done with the spectralis as well (albeit, not as straightforward, but with more potential). I tried to make this as much of a tutorial as well as a demonstration of the capabilities of the spectralis.
In this video, I used only one oscillator (out of 4), one bass drum sample, one snare sample, and some filterbank sequencerlines. All of this could be easily done using the Spectralis mk1, as well as the mk2.
